Our milling department supports precision parts from prototype through short‑run and repeat production. The machine’s high‑speed spindle and rigid platform allow efficient machining of aluminum, other non-ferrous metals, and engineered plastics with consistent dimensional control.
Typical operations include drilling, tapping, pocketing, contouring, and profiling, with multi‑operation parts completed in a single setup when possible.
Machining strategies are optimized for material and geometry, with high‑speed toolpaths used where appropriate to balance cycle time and surface finish. Parts are commonly fixtured using custom soft-jaw vises to maintain repeatability across runs.
