CNC routing is one of American CNC Fabricating's core manufacturing processes. We produce precision-cut components, panels, fixtures, enclosures, templates, signage, machine guards, packaging inserts, and custom parts from sheet materials including plastics, wood, composites, foam, and non‑ferrous metals.
Our 5' x 10' CNC router is well suited for large-format parts, nested sheet optimization, repeat production runs, and rapid prototyping. Common applications include OEM components, industrial panels, retail displays, equipment covers, jigs and fixtures, architectural elements, and custom fabrication projects.
Whether you need a single prototype or recurring production parts, CNC routing provides an efficient solution for machining complex profiles, pockets, cutouts, drilled features, and engraved details directly from flat stock.
