Our Services

What We Offer

We provide CNC routing, vertical milling, and laser cutting for businesses across the Inland Northwest.
Using Enroute, Fusion 360, and RhinoCAM, we handle everything from one‑off parts to production runs in materials like aluminum, brass, plastics, composites, and wood products.

If you want to see the full scope of what we can do, keep reading for our capabilities and materials list.

What can ACNC do for You?

SLS 3D Printing

Unlike FDM or SLA, SLS requires no support structures and produces isotropic Nylon 12 parts, making it ideal for geometrically complex components.

Forming

We provide limited bending and forming services for thin-gauge aluminum and plastics. Using a magnetic finger brake and a small CNC press, we can shape materials with precision to match the specific needs of your project.

 Plastic Welding

Though limited in capacity, we offer plastic welding, assembly, and repair services. Our expertise in this area allows us to deliver precise solutions for customers needing small-scale plastic fabrication.

Equipment:

  • 2 CNC Camaster Routers: Each with a working capacity of 60” x 120” (5’x10’) and equipped with automatic tool changers and vacuum hold-down systems.
  • 2 HAAS CNC Mills: Offering a 16” x 30” working area and automatic tool changers, these mills provide the flexibility needed for intricate parts and complex designs.

  • 150-Watt Laser: With a 36” x 55” working area, our laser system offers high-precision cutting and engraving. Rotary attachments enable us to etch wood, acrylic, glass, and more, while laser-cut acrylics feature polished edges for a clean, finished look.
  • 1 FormLabs SLS Nylon12 Laser Sintering Printer, with a build volume of 6.25” x 6.25” x 11.25”.

Tools of the Trade

HAAS VF-2SS Vertical Mill

  • 16″ x 30″ working area
  • 30+1 tool changer for efficient multi-tool use

3-Axis CNC Routing

We provide two options for CNC routing:

  • Multicam MG (4’ x 8’ capacity)
  • Multicam 5000 (5’ x 10’ capacity)

MultiVision Registration System

This system automatically calculates the skew of printed graphics and adjusts the cutting paths accordingly, ensuring precise cutting and drawing for materials up to 5’ x 10’ in size.

150-Watt Laser Cutter/Engraver

With a 36” x 55” work area and rotary attachments, our laser cutter/engraver can handle a wide range of materials, producing high-quality, polished-edge results for acrylics, wood, and glass.

CAD/CAM Design Assistance

We utilize a range of 2D and 3D CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to develop precise digital models and drawings that define geometry, tolerances, and fabrication requirements.

These design files are translated into machine-ready instructions using multiple CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) platforms, ensuring compatibility across different equipment and processes.

Our workflow supports nested-based manufacturing, where parts are automatically arranged to maximize material utilization, reduce offcuts, and streamline production efficiency.
